What's included
- Repairing or replacing locks, cranks, latches or balances with parts you supply
- Removing failed caulk and re-sealing around windows inside or on the first-floor outside
- Paintable caulk supplied by the pro
SnapWork repairs window hardware and re-seals windows: locks and latches that won't catch, cranks that spin, balances that let a window slide down, and old caulk that has cracked or pulled away. You supply matching hardware parts; the pro brings paintable caulk. Broken or foggy glass and window replacement are not part of it. We work across Napa County and Solano County.

A window that won't lock is a security problem, and a crank that spins means the window can't open or close properly. Most window hardware can be replaced with matching parts. Send a photo of the old part and any label on the frame.
Caulk around windows dries out and cracks with sun and age. Water then gets behind the trim and starts rot. Re-sealing is a small job; rot repair is a bigger one. If the wood is already soft, see dry rot repair.
New screens or re-screening are on the window screens page.
Often added to this job. Each one is optional and has its own price.
No. Fog between the panes means the glass seal failed, and the glass unit has to be replaced by a glass company.
Look for a brand name or part number on the window frame or the old part. Send us a photo if you can't find it and we'll help you look.
It depends on how many windows and how high they are, so we price it from your photo. You see the price before you book.
Yes, on our window screens page, with a measurement visit or your own sizes.
