SnapWork looks after homes when the owner isn't there. An arrival prep visit brings in packages, sets lights and the thermostat, places linens already in the home and does a visual check with notes. Plant and home check visits water plants and move bins. Every-other-week walkthroughs, filter and alarm resets and local errand runs are here too. Repairs and property management are separate. We work across Napa County and Solano County.

Second homes and short-term rentals often sit empty between visits. A pro can stop by before you arrive so the house is ready: packages in, lights on, thermostat set, linens out.
Every-other-week walkthroughs look for leaks, damage and security problems and send photos after each visit. A filter and alarm reset keeps the basics current.
Pickups and drop-offs within the service area: a package to ship, a hold to pick up, a return to the store. Purchases with your money, alcohol and other restricted items are not included.
