Home care & safety

Filters, gutters, windows and bins, on a schedule

SnapWork keeps the small jobs on a schedule. A monthly maintenance visit gives you up to three hours of handyman time plus a check of filters, alarms and visible leaks. Quarterly visits swap filters and test alarms. Gutters get cleared in spring and fall, windows every three months, and bins and the patio washed monthly. Each plan visit has its own price. We work across Napa County and Solano County.

Pick what you need

  • Monthly visit. Up to three hours from your to-do list, plus a quick check of filters, alarms and leaks.
  • Quarterly filter and safety check. Filters swapped, alarms tested, under-sink leaks spotted early.
  • Spring and fall gutters. Clear before the rains, and after the trees drop.
  • Quarterly windows and monthly bins. The chores nobody remembers.

Why a schedule works

Small problems found early stay small: a slow drip under a sink, a dead alarm battery, a gutter about to overflow. A regular visit catches them.

Questions people ask

How much does a home maintenance plan cost?

Each plan visit has its own price. The live price list on this page shows them.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Some plans have a minimum number of visits, shown on the price list. Ask in your request if you want to know a plan's terms before you book.

What can I put on the monthly list?

Small handyman tasks: loose hardware, a door that sticks, a new towel bar, a fixture to swap. Licensed-trade work is separate.

Can I mix plans?

Yes. Book only the plans you need, like gutters twice a year and filters every quarter.
